SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after shipping:
Netherlands: 1-3 business days
Europe: 2-5 business days
United Kingdom: 3-7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier. During busy periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.
If delivery takes longer than 30 days for any reason after your order, you have the right to cancel the agreement free of charge, in accordance with art. 7:19a BW.
Shipping Costs
Orders over €75.00: free shipping
Orders under €75.00: €6.95
Shipping to the United Kingdom
We ship to the United Kingdom on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means that all applicable import duties, VAT, and customs costs are already included in the order price. You will not pay any additional costs upon delivery.
Carriers
We work with Sendcloud B.V. as our shipping partner. Sendcloud processes our shipments through various carriers, including PostNL, DHL, DPD, UPS, and FedEx.
Which carrier is used for your order depends on your location, the destination country, and the size of the package. All shipments are provided with track & trace so you can follow your order.
Track your order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Risk during shipping
The risk of loss or damage to the products lies with us until the moment you (or a third party designated by you) have received the products, in accordance with art. 7:11 BW.
If a shipment is lost during transport or arrives damaged, we will offer you a replacement product or a full refund at no cost.
Failed delivery
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will make a second delivery attempt or leave your package at a nearby pickup point. You will receive an email or SMS with further instructions.
Make sure to pick up your package within the timeframe indicated by the carrier to prevent the shipment from being returned to us.
If your package is returned to us undelivered because you did not pick it up within the time frame set by the carrier, or because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided, you can choose from:
Reshipment — we will resend your order after you have paid the reshipping costs.
Refund — we will refund the product price. The original shipping costs will not be refunded in that case, as we have fulfilled our delivery obligation.
Delays and lost packages
If your shipment is delayed or seems to be lost, please contact us via info@apnutrition.nl.
We will initiate an investigation with the carrier if necessary and keep you updated on the progress.
If your package is unexpectedly lost during transport, you will receive a replacement product or a full refund from us at no cost.
Delays caused by force majeure (such as strikes, extreme weather conditions, or customs delays) are beyond our control, but do not affect your right to cancellation if the total delivery time exceeds 30 days.
