RETURN POLICY
General
As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason (right of withdrawal, pursuant to art. 6:230o et seq. BW of the Dutch Civil Code). This policy describes how you can exercise this right and what conditions apply.
Recall period
The 14-day period begins the day after you receive the product. For orders with multiple items that are delivered separately, the period begins the day after you receive the last item.
You must inform us within these 14 days that you wish to withdraw from the agreement. After this notification, you have another 14 days to actually return the product to us.
Return Conditions
For dietary supplements, the product must be in its original, unopened packaging with an intact seal. Opened or unsealed dietary supplements are excluded from the right of withdrawal under art. 6:230p sub f BW of the Dutch Civil Code for reasons of health protection and hygiene.
You are liable for any decrease in value of the product resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
We do not accept returns of:
Opened or unsealed dietary supplements — for reasons of health protection, hygiene, and food safety.
Items returned after the return period.
How can you exercise your right of withdrawal?
Send an email to info@apnutrition.nl with your order number and a statement that you wish to withdraw from the agreement. You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, see the bottom of this page, but you are not required to do so.
We confirm the receipt of your cancellation statement and will send you the return instructions.
Carefully package the item in its original packaging.
Please send the item within 14 days after your cancellation statement to: Sport & Lifestyle B.V., Henckenshagenstraat 5, 4834 KX Breda, The Netherlands.
We recommend using a shipping method with track & trace so that you can prove that the return shipment has been sent.
Return shipping costs
The costs for return shipping are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
In the case of a valid cancellation, you will receive all amounts paid back, including the standard delivery costs. Any additional costs resulting from a more expensive shipping method chosen by you than our standard delivery will not be refunded.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return shipment, we will inform you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, we will process your refund within 14 days after receiving the return shipment, or after you have demonstrated that you have returned the products — depending on which time comes first. The amount will be refunded via the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different method.
If you have not received your refund in time, please first check your bank account and then contact your bank or credit card company. If you still have not received your refund after this, you can contact us at info@apnutrition.nl.
Damaged, defect or incorrect deliveries
Did you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product? We ask you to report this to us as soon as possible after receipt so that we can investigate and resolve it quickly.
Complaints about visible transport damage should be reported as soon as possible after receipt so that we can adequately investigate the delivery and any transport damage.
Please contact us at info@apnutrition.nl, stating your order number and including photos of the item. In that case, we will offer you a replacement product free of charge or a full refund, at your choice and in accordance with your rights under the statutory warranty, Article 7:17 et seq. of the Dutch Civil Code.
The legal warranty means that the product must meet the agreement and must have the properties that you can reasonably expect. This warranty applies in addition to and on top of your right of withdrawal.
