We make our products ourselves. Own mixing machines, own filling machines, own lab, own storage. From formulation to filled bag, everything happens within our own walls.
That is a choice that has cost time, money, and energy. This is why we made it.
What is in the building
Mixing machines, filling machines, and sealing machines. A storage space for raw materials, one for packaging, and one for finished products. A laboratory. And an office unit, because that is part of it too.
It sounds like a list, but it makes all the difference. Everything that happens in a product happens here. There is no third party with its own schedule, its own priorities, and its own answer to the question of why something takes four weeks.
What the lab does
In the lab, we develop our formulations. That is where every product begins: an idea, a ratio, a first version that is often not good enough yet.
There we also keep our batch records. For every production, we document what went in, from which batch of raw material, and when. If someone calls in a year with a question about a specific bag, we can look it up.
And there we check raw materials upon arrival. Honestly about how that goes: we rely on the supplier's certificate of analysis, and we also conduct our own physical checks. By sight, by smell, and where possible by taste. We do not have every batch externally tested, and we prefer to mention that rather than suggest otherwise.
Why this matters to you
The practical answer: we can answer your question.
What is in this product and how much. Why is the dosage what it is. Where does that raw material come from. When was this bag filled. Those are not questions we need to ask elsewhere.
The second answer: we can switch gears. Someone asks for a variant, a different flavor, a different size. With us, that goes from idea to lab scale to production without having to negotiate a spot in someone’s schedule.
What it costs
A factory is not just a hall with machines. I thought that too, until I was in the middle of it.
It’s in everything around it. Permits, approvals, meeting requirements, health standards. And much more. You can buy machines. The rest you build up, step by step, with paperwork that no one explains to you in advance.
Did I know that beforehand? No. Would I have done it differently if I had known? Also no.
Zero middlemen, zero secrets
No intermediary means we know what’s in it. And that you can inquire about it.
From formula to filled pouch, all in-house
We develop and produce our own supplements. No middleman between us and the final product.
APN — own laboratory, own factory, own warehouse.
